At Style Spine | Spine Technology, customer satisfaction and product safety are our priorities. Return and exchange processes are handled under the following conditions:

1. General Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted in writing within the specified period after delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Sterile medical products with opened packaging cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• Any shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be reported immediately.

• After inspection and approval, replacement or refund procedures will be initiated.

3. Custom-Made Products

• Patient-specific or custom-manufactured products are non-returnable.

4. Return Process

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund or exchange will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Style Spine reserves the right to evaluate all return requests in accordance with medical safety standards and quality regulations.
