This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer via the website.

3. Delivery

• The product(s) shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legally required or stated delivery period.

• Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability or production conditions.

• Custom-made or patient-specific products may require extended delivery times.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sterile medical products whose packaging has been opened

• Custom-made or patient-specific products

• Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the specified period.

5. Return Conditions

• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.

• Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days via the original payment method.

6. Payment and Security

Payments are processed through secure infrastructures compliant with international security standards. Credit card information is not stored on the Seller’s servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts and authorities of the Seller’s registered location.

9. Effectiveness

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
